Welcome to One Left! By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using One Left, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

One Left is a puzzle game application based on the classic Peg Solitaire game. The app provides:

Single-player puzzle gameplay
Global leaderboard and ranking system
Game statistics tracking
Tutorial and learning features

3. User Conduct

When using One Left, you agree to:

Use the app only for its intended purpose
Choose appropriate and non-offensive nicknames for the leaderboard
Not attempt to manipulate scores or rankings
Not interfere with the proper operation of the app
Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app

                Note: We reserve the right to remove any user content (including nicknames) that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these terms.
            

4. Intellectual Property

All content in One Left, including but not limited to graphics, logos, designs, and code, is the property of Brotto and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app
Use our trademarks or branding without permission
Create derivative works based on the app

5. Account and Data

One Left uses anonymous authentication. You do not need to create an account to play. However:

Your game progress is tied to your device
Uninstalling the app will delete local data
Leaderboard data is stored on our servers

6. Disclaimers

One Left is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

The app will be error-free or uninterrupted
Defects will be corrected
The app is free of viruses or harmful components

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brotto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to:

Modify or discontinue the app at any time
Update features and functionality
Reset leaderboards if necessary

9. Third-Party Services

One Left uses Firebase services provided by Google. Your use of the app is also subject to Google's Terms of Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users or us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
